She joined the National Centre for Tourism Policy Studies as Business Development Executive and Centre Administrator in 2003. Since completing her undergraduate studies at the University of Limerick and a Masters in Education at the University of Sheffield she has held senior administrative positions in the both the public and private sectors in the areas of education, project management and tourism, in Ireland and abroad, over the past twenty years. Kathleen has considerable experience in the area of executive education and the development and delivery of distance and on-line education systems.
